Ranchi 12 policemen who were converted from constable to sub-inspector after showing their bravery in the encounter against naxalites have been promoted again as constable. Thirteen Jharkhand Police personnel who displayed courage and bravery in an encounter with militants in Samdiga district of Jharkhand were given out-of-period promotions.
