According to the information, from this amount, 588.73 crore will be given to Himachal Pradesh to Himachal Pradesh, 522.34 crore to Tamil Nadu and 33.06 crore to Puducherry. This help is in addition to the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) and the Union Territory Reaction Fund (UTDRF).
The statement said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central government stands from shoulder to shoulder with natural destruction states and central areas. During the financial year 2024-25, the central government has issued 20,264.40 crore to 28 states under the SDRF, and under the NDRF, 19 states have been released 5,160.76 crore. In addition, 4984.25 crores have been released from SDMF to 19 states, and 719.72 crore from the National Disaster Reduction Fund (NDMF) to 8 states.
