According to the Virginia Department of Health, the late reality star’s official cause of death was poisoning from fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl… an illegal synthetic opioid similar to fentanyl.
The agency has ruled Autumn’s manner of death as accidental.

Paramedics were called and attempted to revive Autumn with CPR… but those life saving efforts were unsuccessful.
Autumn was best known for appearing on Season 5 of MTV’s “16 and Pregnant”, which documented the birth of her eldest son. Flywhich she welcomed with her then-boyfriend dustin franklinHe had a total of three children.
She was only 27 years old.
Unfortunately, Autumn joins the long list of celebrities who have died from fentanyl, a deadly drug that causes a high number of overdoses in the US.
