He expressed these views in the light of the decisions of the two-day Pashtun National Jirga in Zhob while addressing the representative of Zhob Division’s Awami Jirga.
Mahmood Khan Achakzai said that today a new series of killings has started in the entire Pashtun homeland, military operations have neither given positive results in the past nor there are any prospects for it in the future.
He said that as a result of military operations, the country has been broken once, because the solution to political problems is not military operations, but political negotiations and constitutional supremacy. He criticized the present parliament and said that this parliament has become a base for smugglers and black money hoarders.
