They took the young man for a ride late at night on a motorcycle and made him drink heavily. When the youth fell unconscious, they set themselves on fire and fled the scene.

After that, seeing the critical condition of the young man, the doctor in the hospital referred him to Kanpur. The young man died during treatment here. In this whole matter, on the complaint of the deceased’s brother, the police had registered a case against the accused under the relevant provisions. Superintendent of Police Pramod Kumar Maurya said that the absconding accused Raju Paswan and his associate Raju Yadav have been arrested on Tuesday afternoon. Both were produced in court in police custody.
