New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi made his debut on Truth Social on Monday and was in a hurry to respond to US President Donald Trump, who shared a link for Modi’s recent podcast with AI researcher Lex Fridman.
In his response, PM Modi thanked Trump and highlighted the broad topics covered in Podcast, including his personal visit, India’s civilization approach and global issues.

Trump first posted a YouTube link for PM Modi’s extensive conversation with Fridman, which lasted for about three hours.
In Podcast, Prime Minister Modi spoke in length about his experiences with Trump, his close working relationship and his praise for Trump’s leadership style. He recalled major moments like the Grand ‘Hody Modi’ event in Houston in 2019 and shared how Trump personally took him on a directed tour of the White House, describing the historical facts without notes.
PM Modi also praised Trump’s flexibility after a recent attempt to murder, stating that his unwavering commitment to the US reminded him of his “nation first” theory.
The arrival of PM Modi on truth social is important, as the stage is mainly associated with Trump’s supporters and conservative voices in the US. His first post read, “Truth is the joy of being on social! All here are eager to interact with emotional voices and engage in meaningful conversations in the coming times. ,

Trump has often praised PM Modi, he is called a “difficult and better negotiator”, a comment while addressing the podcast said that when he praised him, he has always been focused on India’s interests in any talks. PM Modi also said that Trump appeared to be more ready for his second presidential post, suggesting that he had a clear roadmap and well -defined targets.
The exchange between the two leaders comes at an important time, as India and the US are engaged in conversation on trade tariffs.
Trump has previously criticized India’s high tariff rates, while the Government of India has assured a parliamentary panel that no firm commitment has been made so far, in which discussion is going on.
