Ever since Russia attacked Ukraine in 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelanski agreed to a partial ceasefire proposed by the United States. Both sides have committed to prevent attacks on energy infrastructure for a period of 30 days.
However, both sides strike and drone attacks continue.
