The Allahabad High Court granted bail to the accused of rape. The student alleged that a man had met at the bar who had abused him while intoxicated. At the same time, the accused kept his direction and said that the student was ready to go with him and his relationship was with consent. The student filed an FIR under section 64 of the Indian Justice Code at the Gautam Buddha Nagar police station.
Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh gave this order. The case was charged, Chandak was arrested on December 11, 2024. He was accused of abusing a girl at House Khas in Delhi. The court said that the girl himself has invited the trouble and is responsible for the alleged incident.
What allegations did the student make?
In his complaint, the student alleged that the accused was touching him in a questionable manner. Instead of taking him home to his home in Noida, he took her to his relative’s flat in Gurgaon and carried out the incident. The girl lived in the PG hostel.
Let us know that in September 2024, a student studying at a large university in Noida went to Delhi with three friends. The student said that some information was received, including the accused. The victim told Noida police in a complaint that he was in a state of intoxication after drinking alcohol and the accused was approaching him.
She was in the bar until three o’clock in the night and the accused was constantly asking her to take her with her. She told police that due to repeated views, she agreed to go with the accused to ‘rest’.

In the bail plea, the accused told the court that the woman needed help and she herself agreed to go home with her. The accused also denied the allegations that he took the woman to her relative’s flat and abused her twice. He claims that rape was not raped, but a relationship with consent was established.
What did the court say?
The court believes that even if the allegations of the victim have been correct, then it can be concluded that it has invited himself to the trouble and is responsible for it. Hyman was broken in a medical examination, but the doctor did not talk about sexual violence.
