Boston Red Sox is rolling, and he hopes that his first basman can trend in that direction as well.

The Boston Visiting will demand his seventh win in eight matches on Wednesday in the competition between the three-game series against Visiting Seattle Meriners.

Triston Cassus hit a three-run homer in a series opener on Tuesday to highlight Boston’s 8–3 victory on Tuesday. The 25-year-old Basman entered the game with a .229 on-base percentage, a .237 slugging percentage, one domestic run and four RBI in 21 games.

Cassus offered domestic runs in the seventh innings against Reliever Trent Thornton, leading to the increase of Red Sox to 7-3.

“I hit the first (pitch) dishonestly, and it usually means bad luck,” Cassus said. “I was able to get another pitch in my zone a little more and could raise it in one part of the area I wanted. It was a good swing. I am going to try and take it to (Wednesday).”

Seattle, who is demanding the victory of its fifth straight series, moved to 1 -for -8 with runners in scoring condition during the loss.

Meriners Right-Hander Emeron Hancock (0–1, 12.71 ERA) is scheduled to make the third beginning of the season on Wednesday. This will be his first career appearance against Red Sox.

Hancock was sent to Triple-e-Tacoma one day when he failed to get out of the first innings during the early 31 March against Detroit Tigers. He was remembered on Thursday, and his debut against Cincinnati Reds was encouraging that day. Hancock gave a two-run domestic run in the first innings, but did not allow one run after that and hit four in his five-inning outing.

According to MLB.com, Seattle Pitching Coach Pete Woodworth said, “This was a really good bounce for him.” “Detroit started was difficult because they threw the ball well and they became a hit – first three people hit – and then they became really lucky and unfortunately, it happened very quickly and they threw a bunch of pitches, so we had to move forward.

Scene Nucomb (0–2, 3.63 ERA) is listed as a potential starter of Boston. The two career performance against the left-handed batsmen is 1-0 with 0.00 ERA, both were in relief.

On Tuesday, Home Run Cass allowed Boston to retain the end of his bullpen fresh to enter Wednesday’s matchup. Left-Hander Erldis Chapman has a team-high for saves, but Wright Justin Slaton has retired the last 21 batsmen, which they have faced. Slaton on Monday picked up his third savings by pitching a scorer ninth innings during Boston’s 4–2 victory over Chicago White Sox.

The 4.00 ERA of Slatanne is a bit misleading as it allowed four runs on 31 March without recording the out in Baltimore. In his other nine outings this year, he has not allowed any runs, a hit and no walk.

“He is healthy,” said Boston’s manager Alex Kora. “This is the most important thing. Last year, he was a little explosion and he was not honest with us. He wanted to grind. We paid the price.

“Just keep it fresh. This is what we are trying to fulfill. Use-wise, it is solid with him, but also a lot of days. If we continue to do so, they are going to pitching on 98-100 (MPH), and this is bad news for opposition.”
