New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) will operate NEET (Undergraduate) 2025 at around 5,500 pm on Sunday. Examination center In India and abroad, the last year’s 4,750 centers, marking a sharp increase in 571 cities. This year, the test will be held in 552 cities and 14 international places in India.
Monitoring by the Ministry of Education, 180 central institutions have been assigned to verify the preparations for the centers. In some states, such as Assam, CM Himanta Biswa, after a request from Sarma, all are located in the central government -run institutions.
Candidates are mainly allocated centers based on their first choice preferences, which expands in many cities. According to NTA officials, about 90% of the centers are located in Govt-operated institutions, including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyaleayas and State Government Schools.

Following the Paperlak allegations and comprehensive complaints marrying NEET-OG 2024, NTA has formed a state-level and district-level committees to maintain logistics and security. According to NTA sources, District Magistrate (DMS), Superintendent of Police (SPS), and senior local authorities were consulted before finalizing the examination centers. They, along with the District Coordinator, will monitor the arrangements to ensure jointly uninterrupted conduct.
NTA has also launched a dedicated portal for reporting suspicious activities related to NEET-OG 2025.
