As soon as they got out of the car, the miscreants pulled the bike and the girl fell into the water. Then, on the pretext of picking her up, he also abused her. The angry people stopped the car riders and opened the gate by force. Water was thrown on the people sitting inside it. Broke the wipers. Many miscreants also climbed onto the roofs of the vehicles. Protesters were also beaten up. The video of the incident went viral on social media.

Those who somehow escaped the rioters had tears in their eyes. A woman cried and said that such an incident has never happened in this city. I never thought that people here would commit such indecency in this city known for its civilization. At the same time, Rajesh, a resident of Gomti Nagar, Vivekhand, said that most of the people coming from G-20 Road were mistreated.
Where was the police for half an hour?
Police personnel are always present around Ambedkar Park. ACP Gomti Nagar office is also a few steps away from there. But the robbers continued to harass the passers-by for half an hour and even fled from there, but the police did not appear. After the video went viral, the police swung into action.
Lucknow Commissioner Amarinder Kumar Sengar said that the footage of all the CCTV cameras installed in the area is being examined to identify the troublemakers. Three teams have been formed. Strict action will be taken against those responsible soon.
