Darbhanga: Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Mashal Yadav has been jailed for three months in Bihar. Darbhanga’s special judge Karunanidhi Prasad Arya has been sentenced to three months by BJP members, BJP members, from Suresh Yadav and Suresh Yadav. Also, both have been fined Rs 500.

Amish Mishra was beaten in 2019

He alleged that 20-25 people, including Mashri Lal Yadav and Suresh Yadav, surrounded and abused him. After protesting, the MLA hit his head with Persa, which cut his head. In the meantime, Suresh Yadav attacked the stick and sticks and withdrew the money from his pocket. The injured Amish Mishra was first handed over to the PHC and then to the DMCH.

The charge sheet was filed in court on October 12, 2019

After investigating the case, the police filed a charge sheet in the court on October 12, 2019. Subsequently, the court took the case on April 17, 2020.
