BJP’s MLA sentenced the attack case
The case is related to the attack, in which the court ruled on Friday. Earlier, the court sentenced MLA Mashal Yadav and Suresh Yadav, a resident of Gosin Toll Pachai. Under Section 323 of the Indian Code of Conduct, both were imprisoned for a fine of three months and Rs 500.
Amish Mishra was beaten in 2019
The incident took place on the morning of January 29, 2019, when Samila resident Amish arrived near the Gosin Toll during the Mishra Morning Walk. He alleged that 20-25 people, including Mashri Lal Yadav and Suresh Yadav, surrounded and abused him. After protesting, the MLA hit his head with Persa, which cut his head. In the meantime, Suresh Yadav attacked the stick and sticks and withdrew the money from his pocket. The injured Amish Mishra was first handed over to the PHC and then to the DMCH.
The charge sheet was filed in court on October 12, 2019
After investigating the case, the police filed a charge sheet in the court on October 12, 2019. Subsequently, the court took the case on April 17, 2020.
