Bill joined us on “TMZ Live” and we asked him how Newsom and Bass are responding to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, and what it will take to rebuild L.A.

BM knows this all too well… it took him a year to build an amazing shed for solar panels in his backyard.

Bass signed an executive order aimed at speeding up the process of getting the permits needed for construction… which will hopefully speed up rebuilding… but Bill says it’s just proof that the first place But there is no need for red tape.
