Sacramento Kings Center Damentas Sabonis will be out indefinitely, while nursing grade 1 left hamstring strain, the team announced.
According to the Kings, an update will be provided on the condition of the vegetonis in a week.
The Sabonis was running in court and immediately cluttered his left hamstring in about a minute in the 113–103 win at Houston Rockets on Saturday.
NBA’s lead rebounder, Sabonis, is average for 14.1 boards with 19.5 points and 6.2 assistance in 56 games (all start) this season.
The 28-year-old Sabonis is an all-star three times. He assists an average of 16.1 points, 10.6 rebounds and 4.9 in the 632 Career Games (492 Starts) with Oklahoma City Thunder, Indiana Pares and Kings.
“We are talking about Damentas Sabonis, which covers the state sheet in a way that is difficult to do,” said Sacramento Coach Dug Christie. “Many people (against Houston) stepped and were just trying to do what they do, and it connects everyone who draws rope in the same direction.”
According to ESPN, the Kings are signing the Center Skull Labisier for the 10-day contract.
The 28 -year -old labicier has an average of 15.8 points and 7.5 rebounds for the NBA G League Stockton.
