In different districts of Balochistan, government officers and employees have been revealed to be working in more than one department at the same time.
At the same time, double employment has been revealed regarding the employees of the provincial education department. In this regard, the director of education has also issued a notification to the relevant employees, in which it is said that 42 officers and employees are working in other departments with the education department. are
The notification further states that among those who are working dual jobs simultaneously are the Education Departments of Quetta, Turbat, Barkhan, Zhob, Dera Bugti, Shirani, Kachhi, Lasbela, Mastung, Panjgur, Washik, Loralai, Qila Abdullah, Chaman and Pashin. Employees are also involved.
Most of the officers and employees of Quetta district are doing double jobs. In the notification, the competent authority has ordered the Finance Secretary to take action against the concerned officers and employees.
The notification said that the salaries of all officers and employees, whose names are included in the list, should be withheld. Action under BIDA Act 2011 has also been directed against all the officers and employees.
Regarding dual employment, it has been directed that disciplinary action be initiated against the officers and employees within two weeks.
Besides, Director Education has issued show cause notices to the officers of all the concerned districts.
