New Delhi: An FIR has been lodged with others in the case of Riya Chakraborty, Dino Moriya, Suraj Pancholi along with Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray.
“Today, we have filed a written complaint (FIR) to the CP office and the JCP crime has accepted it … Accused Aditya Thackeray, Dino Moriya, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguards, Parmar Singh, Sachin Waje and Riya Chakborty are accused in this FIR.
“Parambir Singh was the main mastermind for cover -up in the case … He lied a press conference and coined to save Aditya Thackeray … All details are in the FIR … NCB’s investigation letter proved that Aditya Thackeray was involved in a drug business, mentioning the expansion in this FIR,” he said.
Disha’s father Satish contacted the High Court demanding the registration of an FIR against Thakere.
He also filed a petition, demanding a fresh CBI inquiry into the death of his daughter. He cited suspicious circumstances about his death and alleged political intervention in covering the case.
According to police reports, 28-year-old Disha-Sushant Singh Rajput died on 8 June 2020 after falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad. He died on 14 June just six days before actor Rajput was found dead at his Bandra Niwas.
