Effe Ajgba is confident that his ‘power’ and ‘skills’ can top Olkesendra UCIC or Daniel Dubois.
Nigerian hopes when he will stake his claim for the World Heavyweight title fight when he is taken to Martin Bacol on Saudi Arabia on 4 May.
Ajagba went well in the Bacol battle after winning his last five quarrels since Frank Sanchez lost in October 2021, and admits that his long -term target is a title challenge against integrated champion USYK or IBF title holder Dubois.
“I’m not overseasing. I am first focusing on Martin Bacol,” Ajaga said Sky sports,
“After that, when I win, when I am going to take steps to fight, which I want to fight further. Whether it is UCIC or Dubois.
“I have abilities, I have skills, I have power, everything to become a heavyweight champion.”
Ajagba: I look forward to Bakole
The last battle of Bakole occurred when he stepped into a two -day notice to fight Joseph Parker after Dubois, withdrawn due to illness, but the contenders for the Congole suffered a second round knockout defeat.
Despite Bakole’s crushing necklace, Ajgba stressed that he is still alert to the threat created by his opponent, who defeated the choice of Jered Anderson, Tony Yoka and Carlos Takam.
Asked if Parker’s defeat must have reduced Bakole’s confidence, Ajgba said: “For me, in my opinion, I don’t think so.
“I’m not going to take the knockout that he has [against Parker] To yourself. I am going to be more confident to fight Martin Bekole.
“I’m preparing [the best of] Him.”
