The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rain in Madhya Pradesh. The Meteorological Department says that 3 types of systems are active across the state, due to which the state will receive heavy rains. Also, it is predicted that most of the districts of the state will receive heavy rain till July 20. More than 20 percent of the entire season's rainfall has fallen in the early days of the monsoon. 15 districts including capital Bhopal, Indore, Khargaon are expected to receive heavy rain for the next four days.

27% of the season's rainfall in a few days
According to the Meteorological Department, the entire state has received about 27% of the season's rainfall so far. Madhya Pradesh has received 10.6 inches of rain so far.
