The PTI had initially planned a rally on Minar Pakistan in Lahore for today, but after not getting permission from the local administration, it shifted the rally to Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a letter posted on social media, it was said: ‘I wrote an open letter to your (Army Chief) in good faith for the betterment of the country and the nation to reduce the growing gulf between the army and the people. But the answer was very serious and irresponsible.
“I am worried about the impression of my army and the potential implications of the growing gulf between the people and the army, which made me write this letter.”
