Police arrested two accused.
A young man named Sachin, who runs a fast food shop in Meerut’s Cantt police station area, was stoned to death by his colleagues. The killers first killed Sachin and then took a selfie with the dead body from his mobile. After the murder, the accused ran away after looting the belongings of the deceased Sachin. Not only this, in order to hide the identity of the deceased, the accused sprinkled petrol on the body and set it on fire.
The accused youth had called Sachin Prajapati on the pretext of a drinking party, after which he was killed by three well-informed persons. After the incident, the accused also robbed Sachin’s mobile phone and motorcycle. Not only this, the deceased could not be identified, the accused burnt the body by sprinkling petrol from the motorcycle of the deceased. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that the murder was committed by Manu Arya, Sanjay and Vijay. Manu and Sanjay have been arrested, while the search for the third accused, Vijay, is on.
Killed by beating with bricks
According to the SSP, the accused told that they had a dispute with Sachin for a long time. Due to an argument, the accused invited Sachin to a drinking party under the Kankarkheda flyover. Everyone drank there. Sachin was drunk and killed by hitting a brick on his head. To hide the identity of the deceased, the accused poured petrol from Sachin’s bike and burnt the body.

The deceased was identified through PAN card.
As the body was not identified, the accused took away the mobile phone and the motorcycle. However, PAN card and ATM card were thrown there, through which the deceased could be identified. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that the work of the team which revealed the incident is commendable and a reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced for it. The SSP said that electronic evidence has also been found in this case.

In this, one of the accused had taken a selfie with the victim’s mobile phone after killing Sachin. The shirt seen in the picture is also kept as evidence. The shirt has just been sent to a forensic lab. The SSP said that the third accused would be arrested soon. Let us tell you that both the accused have no previous criminal history.
