New Delhi: India’s Paes Spearhead Jasprit Bumrah was awarded the prestigious on Tuesday Sir Garfield Sobers Award For ICC Male Cricketer of the YearRecognizing his outstanding performance in forms in 2024.
The 31 -year -old fast bowler demonstrated his skills, accuracy and frequent excellence throughout the year.
Earlier on Monday, Bumrah was also named the ICC Test Cricketer of the Year and was included in the Test Team of the Year.

Following the footsteps of Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Ravichandran Ashwin and Virat Kohli, Bumrah, who receives this honor, becomes the fifth Indian to receive this honor.
