Jill Duggar Wears Donald Trump-Inspired Halloween Costume Trending Global News

Jill Duggar and her husband chose a little light and subtle racism on Halloween this year.

Duggar shared a photo of her and Derick Dillard’s outfit as they went out for candy with their kids on October 31.

As you can see below, Jill was dressed like a garbage man.

Derrick, for his part, was dressed like a garbage bag.

You will have to follow closely here and be very well prepared for current events and/or the presidential election, but…

Recently, during a rally, Donald Trump wore a vest exactly like Jill’s.

They did so after a comedian named Tony Hinchcliffe had called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage” during a speech at Madison Square Garden during an event in Trump’s honor six days earlier, at which point the former president later had spoken.

Trump wore his ridiculous costume after Joe Biden muttered a comment that made some people feel as if he was categorizing Trump’s supporters by, you guessed it, Trash,

Of course there’s a lot here. There’s a lot to understand and work through.

But it seems impossible to believe that Duggar didn’t intentionally dress like Donald Trump — and it’s equally hard to believe that she and Dillard weren’t making a statement about taking out the trash.

Along with the garbage, in this racist case, are residents of Puerto Rico (who are US citizens!) and/or immigrants of various types.

Would anyone really be shocked to learn that Jill Duggar is on Team MAGA?

Meanwhile, on Reddit, users had a lot to say about these customers.

“I mean, it looks like they got the costume right. They definitely voted for garbage and have garbage beliefs. For example, very accurate,” one person wrote.

Another person sarcastically referred to the couple as “classy”, while a third said:

“I’m sure their Jesus is really proud of them.”

And we mean, look, we may be way off base here. Jill and Derrick may be big fans of sanitation workers, who are also admired and do important work in this country.

But come now: Do you really think that’s the case?
