Umar Ayub’s request for exemption from attendance in the Jinnah House attack case was approved.
Judge Manzar Ali Gul heard the bail application of opposition leader Umar Ayub in the case of Jinnah House attack in the anti-terrorism court in Lahore, in which the court extended the interim bail of opposition leader Umar Ayub Khan till December 7.
The court accepted the plea of exception from one-day attendance on behalf of Umar Ayub Khan.
Umar Ayyub failed to appear when his interim bail expired, prompting his lawyers to file an exception to an appearance, arguing that Umar Ayyub could not appear due to road closures, so the court Make an exception for an appearance.
