Kim wrote in the caption… Her son turned 9 on Thursday, so she looked through photos of him – most of which show them cuddled up together.
Kim said she hoped Saint would “rest forever”, describing him as “one of her soulmates for being the sweetest boy”.
Then she wished the saint a happy birthday and said that she loved him.
In addition to Saint, Kim shares three other children with her ex-husband Kanye West — North, 11, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.
