Kim Richards was recently placed under psychiatric observation again after being diagnosed with substance abuse.
Insiders say the move comes after former real housewives of beverly hills Earlier this month, there was an altercation with sister Kyle Richards.
Sadly, it seems the 72-hour ban had no effect, as Kim and Kyle clashed again this week.
It looks like Kim is living in a house owned by Kyle. But after their recent mistake the offer of free accommodation was cancelled. And then this week’s confrontation occurred.

Sadly, this is not the first time in recent years that a troubled celeb has been referred to a psychiatrist.
Stars like Britney Spears and Amanda Bynes were forced into treatment after family members succeeded in convincing courts that they posed a danger to themselves.

Sources tell TMZ that Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold back in early September.
She was reportedly “inconsolable” at a Hilton hotel in the Los Angeles area.
Kyle was at the scene, and Kim initially refused to leave. He was eventually taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Law enforcement was called for the second time Wednesday night. That’s when Kyle informed authorities that he and his family were worried about Kim’s survival.

No doubt longtime RHOBH fans know that Kim’s battle with addiction has been well-documented over the years.
Kim has faced countless legal troubles due to drug and alcohol abuse. In one memorable incident, he allegedly assaulted a police officer.
Up to this point, Kim has managed to avoid any lengthy prison sentence. And she’s received a lot of support from her family and her former bosses at Bravo.
Efforts to save Kim
In one of his memoirs, watch what happens live Host Andy Cohen revealed that the network financed Kim’s first round of addiction treatment.
“It was clear this was a real problem. We wanted to be responsible and we didn’t want to put him in a situation where anything could go wrong.” he has written In diamonds and roses,
“We considered his family and wanted to work with him to get better. Bravo paid for his rehabilitation.
Kyle Richards agreed that Kim’s involvement with Bravo may have saved her life.
“If anything, being on the show made her accountable. And she says so,” Kim said during an appearance in 2019 jenny mccarthy show,
“She says it saved her life. There’s no place to hide and everyone knows. Now wherever she goes, people know who she is. She can’t escape anything! So that really helped him!”
Sources tell TMZ that Kim is currently living in a home owned by Kyle, against the family’s wishes.
