Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are set to take Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) match at Eden Gardens on Monday, 21 April. The three -time champion has made an inconsistent start for this version of the tournament.
KKR is currently out of the top half of the points table, with three of the seven matches. Their net run rate is healthy, however, and a win against table-toppers will go a long way in the Knight Riders, which will be able to mount a serious challenge for the playoff spots.

Opener: Quinton de Kock (WK) and Sunil Narin
Quinton de Coke has so far been excluded, with only one notable contribution to the competition. The left -handed batsman can be replaced by Rahmanullah Gurbaz, which hits the spin well, even if he has recently patched.
In fact, with KKR having at least a few initial options in mid -order, there are many foreign players who can step for D Coke. However, given the experience and quality of South African, Kolkata wants to give him a little longer rope.
While he was not able to repeat his exploits from last season, Sunil Narin has done well. He should maintain his place.
Middle Order: Ajinkya Rahane (C), Venkatesh Iyer, Rinku Singh, Moin Ali, Andre Russell, Ramandeep Singh
Captain Ajinkya Rahane has been in a stellar form and will be important against GT pacers in Powerplay. Venkatesh Iyer, Rinku Singh, Andre Russell and Ramandip Singh have not been close to their best in IPL 2025, but should be continued.
In the previous game, KKR brought to the Enrique Nortze for Moini Ali, and fasted bowler fit and firing. However, Moin has performed well at the Eden Gardens and Titans have at least three left -handed in their top seven. The hosts could once again be spin-water.
Lower order: Harshit Rana, Varun Chakarvardi, Vaibhav Arora
Harshit Rana, Varun Chakarwarthi and Vaibhav Arora have so far been central for KKR’s plans in IPL 2025. They will be important on Monday.
Impact Player Options – Angkrish Raghuvanashi, Luvnith Sisodia
Angkarish Raghuvanshi has been used as a batting effect in IPL 2025 and should be drowned in KKR Chase.
With D Cook Form, Knight Riders may be ready to try a domestic option in Luvnith Sisodia. While he would not be an impact player, given that he holds the wicket, he may be in the sub -discourse and may be in real dispute for convenience.
