Pakistan cricket team defeated the visiting team by 127 runs during the first test played against West Indies in Multan.

Pakistan’s spinners once again baffled the West Indian batsmen with spinning balls.

Pakistan scored 230 runs in the first innings of the match while the West Indian team was bowled out for 137 runs in the first innings.

In the second innings, the Pakistani team scored 157 runs, so Pakistan had a lead of 250 runs over the West Indies, but in response, the entire West Indies team was dismissed by scoring 123 runs.

On behalf of Pakistan, Sajid Khan took four wickets and Nauman Ali took five wickets in the first innings while Abrar Ahmed took one wicket. Among the batsmen, Saud Shakeel scored the most 84 runs.

In the second innings, Pakistani captain Shan Masood was the top scorer with 52 runs. West Indies spinner Jumel Wrekan took seven wickets.

In the second innings, Sajid Khan took five wickets and Abrar Ahmed four wickets for Pakistan.

Sajid Khan was adjudged Man of the Match for taking nine wickets.

The second Test between the two teams will be played in Multan from January 25.
