A case similar to the Porsche incident in Pune has come to light in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Here a minor SUV driver crushed a biker. A 24-year-old motorcycle rider died in the accident. The minor accused SUV driver was arrested after the accident. Apart from the minor, two other people have also been made accused in this case, who have been arrested. It is being told that the minor tried to run away after the accident.

The accident took place in Gorgaon area of ​​Mumbai. Police have made the arrest with the help of CCTV. According to police, a 24-year-old biker was hit by a speeding Mahindra Scorpio (SUV) on Thursday morning. The youth was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. Police have impounded the car.

After the accident, the SUV hit a pillar.

According to the agency, the police said that after hitting the motorcyclist, the SUV also hit the electric pole, causing minor injuries. After that, the accused tried to run away but was caught by the police.

A motorcyclist was distributing milk in Gorgaon.

According to PTI, 24-year-old motorcycle rider Naveen Vishnu was distributing milk in Goregaon area. The accident took place around 4 am in Aarey Colony. The accused driver is 17 years old. Therefore, a case has also been registered against SUV owner Iqbal Jiwani (48) and his son Muhammad Faiz Iqbal Jiwani (21).

Blood samples of the accused were sent to the laboratory.

According to the police, blood samples of the minor have been sent to the laboratory to determine whether he had consumed alcohol or not. Police are also investigating whether the accused had also partied with his friends before the accident.

A similar case has also come up in Pune.

A similar case came to light in Pune on May 19 this year. Allegedly, the minor accused was in a state of intoxication and was driving a Porsche car at high speed. Meanwhile, two software engineers Anish Awadhia and Ashwini Koshta were killed after being hit by a car. The juvenile accused was granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board on the same day and ordered to be kept in the custody of his parents and grandfather. Along with this, the court also stipulated that the minor accused has to write an essay of 300 words on road safety. However, the police later filed an application before the board, seeking modification of the bail order. On May 22, the board ordered the juvenile accused to be taken into custody and sent to a juvenile home.
