Pakistan Cricket Team Head Coach Aqib Javed said Saturday that his fast bowlers are ‘match winners’ and will show something special against traditional rivals India in the Champions Trophy match.
The host and defending champion Pakistan will have to win the big match against India in Dubai on Sunday to keep the chances of reaching the semi -finals.
Pakistan lost to New Zealand in the opening match of the 50 -overs tournament and is currently at the bottom of Group A, while India has defeated Bangladesh in their first match.
Pakistani fast bowlers Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, and Harris Rauf scored 214 runs in their 30 overs in New Zealand’s 320 runs.
But Aqib Javed said at a press conference in Dubai that the three bowlers would perform well in the big competition.
