After mentioning the announcements, Finance Minister Daya Kumari cornered the Congress. Daya Kumari made this important announcement.
1. Villages with more than 1000 population will be paved with asphalt.
2. A road will be constructed on the border in Barmer district at a cost of Rs.48 crores.
3. Road construction work will be done up to 34 military posts at a cost of Rs.48 crores.
4. Roads will be strengthened at a cost of Rs.2 thousand crores.
5. Integrated roads will be constructed at a cost of Rs.48 thousand crores to make 34 army posts accessible.
6. Drinking water works will be done at a cost of Rs.33 crores.

7. Announcement of giving 500 Scots to female students of Polytechnic.
8. A grant of Rs.4 crores to promote Scouting in the State.
9. An indoor stadium will be built at Kapasan Chittorgarh.
5000 will be given under Chief Minister Child Health Sambal Yojana.
10. Additional provision of Rs.10 crore for promotion of Ayurvedic medicines.
11. An allowance of Rs.10,500 will be given to disabled pregnant women.
12. Free lung and kidney treatment packages will be provided for health of sanitation workers.
13. Compensation for lands coming under power transmission lines which will be 30% higher than DLC rate.
14. An Anti-Narcotics Task Force will be created to curb the drug trade.
15. 1500 Milk Cooperative Societies will be formed in the State.
