Rahul Gandhi said that the youth did not get jobs in the BJP government. Doing business is also difficult. Reiterating the demand for caste census, he said that RSS and BJP have seated their people in all institutions of the country. OBCs, SCs and tribals have been neglected. This fact will come out from the caste census. He said that in corporate India not a single SC, ST or tribal holds the top positions. These castes were also not included in the bureaucracy. He promised that a caste census would be conducted if the Congress government came to power.
