BJP’s state president and West Bengal MP, Dr Skunta Majumdar, has attacked the state government and the police administration in connection with the attack on the Ram Nawami procession in Park Circus area of Seven Point, Kolkata. He described it as a default and targeted violence.
BJP Member of Parliament Sikanta Majumdar wrote on X that as soon as the Ram Nawami procession returned, Hindu devotees were brutally attacked in the Park Circus Seven Point area of Kolkata. Only due to the saffron flag, stones were killed in the cars. Because of this, trains were scattered. Anarchy spread to the scene. This violence was targeted.
Sokanta Mazdar targeted the police and said, “Where was the police when the violence happened?” She was there and was watching everyone quietly. He said that Mamata Banerjee’s police force looks completely paralyzed. Not a single step was taken to protect innocent Hindus.
He said that this cowardly inactivity proves something that the united Bengali Hindus have shook the system during the name of Ram. The BJP MP said that Mamata’s dear ‘Shanti Wahini’ is not peaceful, they are nervous and scared.
