Soon, all fugitives should be brought back and arranged for them, otherwise it can pose a threat to society. Why do these children run away and whose carelessness runs away, a high level should be examined and action should be taken.
The event has also happened before
This is not the first case of fugitives’ prisoners from a child improvement home in Jharkhand. Earlier, three children escaped after closing the wall of a child’s improvement house in Dumradaga under the presidential police station in Ranchi, the capital. However, in a rigorous search order by the police, the three children were absconding, who were returned to the house for the betterment of the children.
