Chapra After the implementation of the new Indian Judicial Code in the country, the first verdict in the Chhapra murder case has come out. The District Sessions Judge of Chapra has declared two accused guilty in Tehre murder case. However, the verdict in this case is yet to be announced and will be pronounced on September 5. What is special about this case is that the charge sheet was filed within 15 days and the judgment was delivered within a month. The sentence handed down in such a short period of time in this case is historic.

It is said that on July 17, in Ghanadia village of Rasoolpur police station area, Roshan and Sidhanshu, madly in love, killed three people along with their accomplice Ankit. Chandni Kumari and her sister Abha Kumari along with their father Tarkeshwar Singh were stabbed to death in it. In this case, Shobha Devi, wife of deceased Tarkeshwar Singh, registered a case and the police filed a charge sheet within 15 days. In this rare case, the court sentenced the two accused in a speed trial within a month and convicted them of murder.

In this case, Special Public Prosecutor Surinder Singh Bejod said that this is the first case after the implementation of the new Indian Code and the new law in which the punishment has been given in such a short time. District and Sessions Judge Puneet Kumar Garg heard the case in a very short time and delivered a conviction in a case which is historic. A sentencing hearing in the case will be held on September 5 and he is expected to be sentenced to death.

Defense lawyer Viresh Kumar Choubey said that a total of 12 people testified in the incident and they made a lot of efforts, but the court has convicted two people in the murder case. After the sentence on September 5, he will decide his future strategy and appeal against it in the High Court. Saran SP Dr. Kumar Ashish terming the case as very serious, said that the police have done a good job in this and have set an example by completing the investigation in a very short time.
