The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has extended the deadline of application for the preliminary examination of civil services 2025 to February 18. Civil Services (initial) -2025 and the Indian Forest Service (initial) -2025 are now on the last date for applying for both examinations on February 18, before February 11. In this regard, the Member of Parliament High Court has approved an interim order.
In a petition filed by Aditya Narayan Pandey, it is said that EWS candidates are not being exempt in the age limit. At the same time, the maximum age limit for SC, ST, OBC and female candidates has been exempted. The applicant has demanded a three -year exemption in the maximum age limit like OBC. Advocate Kapil Sable, who appeared for the applicant, said that recently a test has given such orders in this regard, which the court has agreed.

UPSC CSE 2025: When will the exam be?
A total of 979 posts should be recruited for UPSC Civil Services 2025. Pregnancy will be tested on May 25, 2025. Successful candidates will appear in the central exam. At the same time, candidates who pass the men’s exam will interview. The final election will be made based on interviews and numbers found in the central exam.
