The US Commerce Secretary has said that the US tariffs against Canada and Mexico are ready to be implemented on Tuesday, but their level will be set by Donald Trump.

The US President has threatened to impose a 25% tariff, which is unacceptable on imports on two of his neighbors on 4 March, saying that there is an unacceptable flow of illegal drugs and migrants in the US.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik said on Sunday that the tariff will be according to the scheme but the accurate details will depend on the conversation.
