New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his “Constitution 1000 -year -old” comment, and called the comment “very strange”, he said that his party should be confused and left out after listening to him.
Speaking to ANI, BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Rahul Gandhi is unaware of the facts related to the Constitution, and that is why Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared Constitution Day on 26 November to educate such “misguided youth”.
“See, Rahul Gandhi, who is an infinite young leader of Indian politics and eternal restless, keeps sharing strange and strange types of” knowledge “. I believe that even Congress party leaders should be completely confused and left out after listening to them,” said Trivedi.
These comments came as Rahul Gandhi on Monday, during the Samvidan Security Conference in Patna, said that the constitution is thousands of years old. The constitution was prepared on 26 November 1949 and was implemented on 26 January 1950.

“People say that the constitution was drafted in 1947. However, I believe this constitution is thousands of years old, and it includes Ambedkar ji, Pulla ji, Gandhiji, Nehru ji, Nehru ji, Nehru ji, Guru Nanak ji and Kabir. The Constitution includes the views of those who respect India.”
BJP leader Trivedi said, “Now, he recently said in a statement that the Indian Constitution was not written only in 1947. Perhaps Rahul Gandhi is unaware that the Constitution of India was finalized on 26 November 1949. That is why a way, opposed it.
“Secondly, he said that the constitution is thousands of years old. I found this statement very strange. It is the same Congress party that never believed that the nation itself was thousands of years.
He also claimed that the Congress used to say that India was built by the Mughals or by the British.
“Confusion of Congress – Whether it is in his ideology or now in Rahul Gandhi’s statements – it has become more clear than ever. And I also want to say that Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, and as we prepare to celebrate for a fortnight, calls the constitution at the age of thousands, which Babaseb said.”
Earlier, BJP national spokesperson Javer Shergill also made fun of Rahul Gandhi for his remarks on PM Modi and the Constitution, “By commenting on the Prime Minister, he made fun of himself. All over the world.
