There was heavy rain from Bhosula Mor (Phalwari police station area) of Patna to Samra-Badipur. But there was no sign of rain before or behind him. Especially in East Patna, not even a single drop of rain fell. By 6.30 am on Sunday, cold winds were blowing in Patna due to the presence of clouds, but there was no sign of rain. According to the forecast of the meteorological department, there is no strong chance of rain in Patna at present.
