West Bengal has held assembly elections next year. In such a situation, election preparations have begun here. Currently, the politics of the entire state focuses on the ruling Trinamool Congress and the BJP. At present, the BJP has a huge impact throughout the country. The party, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is leading the success. However, West Bengal is a state where the BJP has not achieved the expected success despite all efforts. That has proved to be a constant failure in the last two elections. In such a situation, now a third force in this state is in the process of achieving its lost credibility and status. That party is CPI (M). The CPI (M) decided to continue the leadership of its high -speed leader Mohammad Saleem in the state until the next assembly elections on Tuesday. The party has developed a new organizational blueprint for return. The CPI (M) is the same party that has ruled the state for 34 consecutive years from 1977 to 2011.

Recently, many important decisions were made at the party meeting. In this, it is said that they should form special committees at the state and district level and form a central research team. In this meeting, Salem has been given the leadership of the state.

The party will be strong at the booth level
According to a report by the Indian Express, CPI (M) is working on a strategy to strengthen the party at the booth level to return to the state. For this, the party has conducted a survey on its own level. In fact, there is no official census report since 2011, as the central government has not done the census. Therefore, through its survey, the party itself has gathered detailed personalities about the people of every village, panchayat and state area. This will help the party understand which area of ​​communities is high, such as SC, ST, OBC and minority. Based on this figure, the party will devise its electoral strategy and take steps to strengthen the party across the state.

Lead to slim
The party has decided to make Salem a state secretary again, as it has promoted the leadership of the youth in the party. Under the leadership of Saleem, there have been new faces in the party, which are playing an important role in youth organizations and student organizations. However, the party did not win the 2021 assembly elections and Saleem also lost to the Lok Sabha elections from Murshadabad. However, he has worked to bring young leaders within the party.

A party member said that although we did not get the electoral victory during Salem’s time, the party made many important decisions and promoted young leaders under his leadership. This process will continue and the party’s organization will be strong.
