Pakistan’s maid bowler Waseem Akram cited an old incident in an interview when during the Indian Premier League (IPL) he ordered Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan to arrange a ship, which the actor completed in an hour.

In an interview to VU Sports, Wasim Akram said, “I think it happened in the 2012 IPL season. In Kolkata, we had a knock -out match and we had to come from somewhere. So I asked him (Shah Rukh) that Khan was a request.
‘The boys will get tired, we will arrive tomorrow, the day is the match. So if a private ship can be arranged? ‘
According to him, Shah Rukh Khan said, ‘Will they get tired? No problem. ‘
And then Wasim Akram said that in an hour, ‘the whole Boeing ship was standing for the entire team.’
Former Pakistan cricket team captain Wasim Akram has also been a bowling coach for Kolkata Knight Riders.
While Shah Rukh Khan looks excited for his team and appears to be regularly encouraging him in his matches.
The Kolkata Knight Riders was the third winner at the end of the Indian Premier League 2024. Earlier, the Knight Riders raised the trophy in 2012 and then in 2014.
