A ceremony is also planned next week to pay tribute to his work and contribution to the Navy, which will also be attended by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Indian Navy Spokesperson Captain Vivek Madhwal said that the Navy sets a theme every year so that this year 2024 is declared as the Year of Navy Citizens with the aim of improving administration, efficiency and welfare. The main focus was on enhancing administrative efficiency, digital initiatives, training programs and welfare activities.
