New Noida will have a population of six lakhs.
New Noida will be in 209 square kilometers, it will have a population of 6 lakhs. New Noida is to be settled in 209 sq km. In the DNGIR Master Plan 2041, 40 percent of the land has been earmarked for industrial, 13 percent for residential and 18 percent for green area and recreational activities. DNGIR is made up of 20 villages of Gautam Buddhanagar and 60 villages of Bulandshahr. The population of this city will be around 6 lakh.

Growth engine of West UP
DNGIR will be the growth engine of West UP. The industry will be set up on 8420.92 hectares in the new city of 209 square kilometers. Apart from UPSED in 1370.10 hectare, industrial area in 6885.59 hectare and mixed industry in 165.22 hectare will be established. 6 lakh people will live in this new city. In the first phase, 3 lakh people will get employment.
Acquisition of land worth 1000 crores
The authority has earmarked about Rs.1000 crore for land acquisition in the 213th board. These could not be used throughout the financial year. This amount has been earmarked for land acquisition in the first phase. This acquisition will be done on the basis of Abadi Rules 2013 i.e. on the basis of mutual consent or through land pool. A guideline will be issued by the government for this.
